Fruit and cheese are a classic pairing so we figured they should arrive together, ready to eat. Our classic Camembert works with almost any dried fruit, but our Barossa traditions make it hard to go past the concentrated flavour of sun-dried muscatels still on the stem. We have teamed Australian grown fruit with the traditional flavour and aroma of our bloom rind Camembert so all that needs to be added is a perfectly ripe Beurre Bosc pear and some thinly sliced rye bread.
